Congratulations to Dr. Daphne Hou!

Daphne successfully defended her dissertation on June 2nd. In her dissertation, titled Assessing Vocational Interests through Automated Video Interviews, Daphne used AI-scored video interviews to assess vocational interests of college students and working adults, and compared these novel methods to traditional survey-based measures of vocational interests. Daphne will be starting her new job as an assistant professor at the University of South Florida this upcoming fall.
